Terms of Use

Effective date: November 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elevate in 60 Days (the "Program"), including the website at elevatein60days.com, course materials, live sessions, community spaces and any related services. The Program is owned and operated by Dynamically Branded ("we," "us," "our"), based in Dallas, Texas.

By creating an account, purchasing the Program or using any part of it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to enroll. If you enroll on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. The Program

Elevate in 60 Days is a 60-day online education program for fashion designers and fashion entrepreneurs, covering branding, marketing, public relations and business growth. Content may include recorded lessons, live calls, templates, worksheets and a member community.

We may update, reorder or replace Program content to keep it current. Live session dates may change, and we will give reasonable notice when they do.

3. Your account

We may suspend or close any account that shares access, violates these Terms or creates risk for other students.

4. Payment and payment plans

5. Refunds

Because the Program gives you immediate access to digital content and proprietary materials, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once access has been granted, including partial refunds for unused time or content. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual property

All Program content, including videos, slides, templates, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, recordings and the Dynamically Branded and Elevate in 60 Days names and logos, belongs to Dynamically Branded or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own business during the Program and afterward for as long as we make it available. You may not:

You keep ownership of the work, designs and business materials you create. If you share your work in the Program, you grant us permission to show it inside the Program for teaching purposes.

7. Testimonials and student features

We celebrate student wins. We will ask for your permission before using your name, photo, brand, results or testimonial in public marketing. You can withdraw that permission at any time going forward by emailing us.

8. Community and conduct

Treat fellow students and our team with respect. You agree not to harass anyone, post unlawful or infringing content, spam, solicit members without permission, or share other students' private information or business ideas outside the Program. We may remove content or members who break these rules without refund.

9. No guarantee of results

The Program provides education and guidance. Your results depend on your effort, products, market, timing and many factors outside our control. Examples of student success, including press features, celebrity placements, fashion show appearances and revenue, are not promises or typical results. We do not guarantee income, press coverage, partnerships or any specific outcome.

The Program is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

10. Third-party tools

The Program may use third-party platforms for hosting, payments, video calls, email and community. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dynamically Branded and its owners, team and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Program.

13. Termination

We may end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections on payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated effective date and, for significant changes, notify enrolled students by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
